Camera appears to pan when moving your head in VR preview with Lock to HMD check true

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the First person template
  2. Play in VR preview
  3. Notice that the camera pans when turning your head

Expected: The camera would rotate one to one with the player
Result: The camera appears to pan when looking around
