Description

Water tiles flicker in and out of visibility when playing in VR with instanced stereo enabled.
Requires instanced stereo rendering to be enabled (does not require forward shading to be enabled)
Must be either playing in VR, or running with Emulate Stereo (to test without a headset).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Unreal Engine and create a VR Template.
2. Enable ‘Water’ plugin
3. Enable 'Instanced Stereo' in project settings.
4. Once both the plugin and this setting is enabled, restart the editor.
5. Once loaded back up, add one of the following water bodies to the level
Water Body Lake
Water Body Ocean
Water Body River
6. Under advanced settings in the play mode drop down, find the Emulate Stereo for the Play in Standalone Game option and tick to enable.
7. Play in Standalone Game
8. Observe the tile culling / flickering issue on the water surface. Note that to make it easier to see the issue you can press semicolon to enable the debug fly camera to easily fly around the scene and position the camera above the water.
