Found on: //UE4/Dev-VR CL-2967563

The displays in QA-PostProcessing are rendering differently in each eye on the OSVR, it looks like one is more reflective (or perhaps less rough?) than the other. Image attached.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set up OSVR
  2. Start OSVR_Server
  3. Run Ue4Editor.exe QAGAME QA-PostProcessing
  4. Play in VR-Preview
  5. Run to example 1.8, move forward and back

Result: Notice display is more reflective in one eye than the other.
