Description

Shadows in the Lumen Scene from Lumen's Direct Lighting do not match the world when in the Lumen Far Field.

This leads to shadows where there should not be any, and missing shadows where there should be shadows.

This issue appears in both 5.5 and 5.6.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CitySample project
2. Open the map "/Game/Map/Small_City_LVL"
3. Confirm that HLODs are rendering in-editor
4. Load the entire city island in the World Partition minimap
5. Execute the console command "r.RayTracing.Culling.Radius 1000"
6. Move to the side of the city lit by the sun "BugItGo 41648.425925 82472.549905 10694.873261 -8.000000 231.508064 0.000000"
7. Enable the Lumen Scene view mode
8. Observe unexpected shadows on the sides of buildings that should be in direct light
