Crash On dedicated server when adding a variable set to RepNotify Character blueprint and then playing in Editor

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the project from the following link. [Link Removed]
  2. Check dedicated server under the play settings
  3. Click play (Should play fine)
  4. Stop PIE
  5. Open MyCharacter
  6. Add a new variable
  7. Set it to RepNotify
  8. Play in the Editor again
  9. Notice that the editor crashes

Expected: The editor would Play without crashing
Result: The editor crashes when trying to Play in Editor
