Description

In the Sequencer, Control Rig and Animation tracks are placed consecutively. During the transition, the Animation track captures the AnimInstance state before the ControlRig track's RestoreState is executed, resulting in a failure to restore properly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the repro project from the EPS link in UE5.6  
  2. Start PIE (Play In Editor)  
  3. Move the character into the trigger box  
  4. Wait for the Sequencer to finish playing  
  5. Observe: The AnimInstance on the ThirdPersonCharacter is not restored correctly
