Description

Setting a Skeletal meshes collision preset to CharacterMesh introduces problems with spawning and teleporting a pawn driven with Mover. 

Steps to Reproduce

From EPS user

Can be reproduced with the Mover Examples Plugin.

  1. Open the Mover Examples Project in 5.6
  2. Open up the AnimatedMannyPawnExtended and set the Skeletal Mesh Component's collision preset to Character Mesh.
  3. Open the Character Movement Basics map and press play.
  4. Swap to the AnimatedMannyPawnExtended.
  5. While stationary press C to crouch and uncrouch.

Result: The character and capsule will be offset above the ground. May need to turn on the gameplay debugger to see the floating capsule. 

Setting this on the AnimatedMannyPawn's mesh will also result in the actor not spawning and throwing the following warning: SpawnActor failed because of collision at the spawn location
