Description

[NickW] They call EnableStereo() on init, we just need to remove that

Cooked games automatically render in stereoscopic on OSVR when they've the plugin enabled, the server running, and an OSVR is plugged in to the machine. This is without -vr being passed and without any logic in the game to enable stereoscopic.

Update: //UE4/Dev-VR CL-3015033 - seeing issue with -game as well.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4Editor.exe QAGAME
  2. Enable the OSVR plugin
  3. File > Package > Win64, let it package.
  4. Start OSVR_Server
  5. Navigate to the packaged project and launch it.

Result: Automatically renders in stereoscopic on the HMD
