Particle lights cause flickering when using either FXAA or no AA, but turns into black squares on the screen when you enable Gaussian Blur
Regression: Yes, does not occur in 4.10
1. Open the attached project
2. In the sample map, select the Global PostProcess Volume
3. Change the AA method to FXAA
Result: White flickering lights
4. Change the DoF to Gaussian Blur
Result: Black flickering boxes
