RayTracing - Nanite Foliage assets do not display shadows properly when painted with Foliage Tool

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Static mesh Foliage asset
  2. Apply a foliage material with WPO
  3. Create a new basic level
  4. Set the plane to Static mobility
  5. Add it to the Foliage tool 
  6. Select and paint with the foliage asset 
  7. Observe that the asset does not display shadows
  8. Open Project settings and toggle Ray Traced Shadows and observe
