Adjusting play speed for animation causes notifies to trigger multiple times. Creates a stuttering effect.
1. Create a project based on the third person template
2. Import the attached sound wave file
3. Create notifies in the Walk loop animation with the sound
4. Create a sequence and add a track for the mannequin
5. Add the walk loop animation and extend the length that it should play (causing it to loop)
6. Right click on the animation and adjust the playback speed to 0.25 (also extend the play range to accomodate a few loops)
7. Click on the Sequence and enable Auto-play
8. PIE
Result: Sounds are triggered multiple times and at a lower pitch/play rate
Expected: Sounds are triggered only once and pitch/play rate is not adjusted
