Thumbnail for blueprints with a mesh update on tick when construction script adds meshes to blueprint

Blueprint thumbnails that are updated via the construction script update on tick in the Content Browser, even when no change has been made to the blueprint.

Regression (Yes) issue (does not) occur in 4.11.2

1. Download, unzip, open attached project
2. select blueprint in content browser

Expected

Thumbnail does not update without compile or a change to the blueprint actor.
