Translucent materials are no longer showing light reflections in scene when using r.forwardlighting 1 with lights.
This is a regression from functionality in 4.11.2. This no longer works with 4.12 or 4.13 (Dev-Main)
Tested in:
4.11.2 CL-2946394 - Works
4.12.0 CL-2992821 - Broken
4.13 Dev-Main CL-3001532 - Broken
1. Open UE4
2. Create Basic Translucent Material
3. In the Material set the Lighting Mode to Surface PerPixel
4. Enter the Console Command r.forwardlighting 1
5. Assign material to an actor in the viewport
6. Add a movable light to the scene
Regression: Yes
Results: Reflections from movable lights on translucent materials is non-existent.
Expected: Should have reflection from the light on a translucent surface
