Description

Undoing the alteration of a local variable's default value causes the Undo toast to appear but the alteration is not actually undone.

Regression: No

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create/Open a blueprint project
  2. Create a new blueprint based on Actor and open it
  3. Add a function to the blueprint
  4. Add a local variable of type Bool
  5. Change the default value to True
  6. Undo (Ctrl+Z)

Result: The Undo toast prompt appears but the default value does not revert back.
