Description

Child Actor cannot be transformed when using a static mesh that has been converted into a blueprint

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Add a static mesh to the level
  3. Select static mesh and use "Convert selected actor to blueprint class"
  4. Duplicate this blueprint
  5. Open the first blueprint
  6. Add a child actor component
  7. Set the class to that of the second blueprint (the duplicate)
  8. Select the child actor component (from the hierarchy)
  9. Try to move the child actor and scale it
  10. Try to move it somewhere else and scale it again
  11. Notice that the second time the child actor component is transformed it does not work

Expected: The child actor component would be transformable
Result: The child actor component cannot be repeatedly changed
