Animations imported with Skeletal Mesh are not marked as dirty and don't get saved. They disappear when the editor is restarted.
This does not occur in 4.11 or 4.13.
1. Import the attached FBX with default settings (ensure you import animation)
2. Look at the dirty status, * , in the Content Browser
3. Hit Save All
4. Restart the editor
Result: Animations are not marked dirty and do not appear in the Save All window. Animations are not saved and disappear on editor restart
Expected: All new assets marked as dirty
