Description

It seems like when multi-selecting in the editor, attempting to scale actors doesn't appropriately account for current rotation.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new BP Only project
  2. Place 3 cubes in the level so they are horizontally aligned and adjacent to each other
  3. Select all cubes, ensuring translation widget is centered on the middle cube.
  4. Change to the rotation widget
  5. Rotate the cubes 90 degrees on the X axis so the cubes are now vertically aligned.
  6. Switch to the scaling widget.
  7. Drag scale along the Z axis

Expectation: The cubes scale and remain orientated as they were.

Actual: The cubes scale but they also move away from each other.
