WebBrowser widget appears to remove itself from other widgets in user's project

WebBrowser widget appears to remove itself from other widgets in user's project

1. Down load the project from here: [Link Removed]
2. Open the project
3. Open PhoneUI
4. Add Web UI to the designer tab (user created section )
5. Save and compile
6. Pie
7. Notice that the phone has the Web browser shows up on the phone
8. Close the project and reopen it
9. PIE
10. Notice that the web browser widget has been removed from the phone

Expected: The widget would still be there after saving
Result: The widget must be put back in each time the editor is closed and reopened
