Description

Some licensees have reported good results compiling the editor in monolithic configurations - startup times are noticably shorter. I believe there are a number of things that need fixing up across the engine to get this to work, and we shouldn't expect licensees to do that themselves.

Steps to Reproduce

pass -monolithic when building an editor via UBT or add ShouldCompileMonolithic function to its target.cs file and ensure that it compiles when set to true.
