Description

If the user uses world delta seconds in a calculation there appears to be some incorrect values.

Note there is also a users project attached if you would like to look at that example.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a blank project
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  4. Set the frame rate to be fixed to 90 in the project settings
  5. Play in editor
  6. Notice that the numbers are not equal even though the world delta seconds should be equal to one

Expected: The numbers would be the same
Result: The numbers are different
