Description

When spawning multiple characters in a dedicated server, the first client will spawn under the map and be unable to move.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor (Third Person Template project)
  2. Open Play Dropdown and check the box for Run Dedicated Server
  3. Set number of players to 2
  4. PIE

Result:
First player client (editor viewport) spawns halfway under the level and cannot move

Expected:
Player spawns on the same level as second client
