Is Hovered does not appear to update when holding down the mouse button and releasing outside of the widget

Is Hovered does not appear to update when holding down the mouse button and releasing outside of the widget

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add an image to the designer tab
4. Create the blueprint in the attached image
5. Save and compile
6. Add the widget to the viewport
7. Play in Editor
8. Hover over the image (you may need to click once on the image to get the into input mode UI)
9. Click and hold while the result says True
10. Move the mouse (while still holding down the left mouse button) so that the mouse is no longer over the image
11. Release the mouse button
12. Notice that the result is still returning true for the is hovered node

Expected: The result would return false when no longer hovering the image
Result: The result no longer updates while holding now the left mouse button
