nativizing structs containing default class values appears to cause packaging to fail

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Try and package the build for windows 64 bit
  3. Notice that the build fails
  4. Go into project settings > Packaging > Uncheck Nativize blueprint assets
  5. Try and package the build for windows 64 bit
  6. Notice that the project packages as expected

Expected: The project would package out with Nativized blueprints as it does without this feature checked to true
Result: The Nativize blueprint Assets feature appears to cause the build to fail
