Description

If the user touches the screen of a mobile device and then drags their finger over a button the button will remain highlighted as though it were being hovered.

Note: This was tested on the Samsung Galaxy S5

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a button to the designer tab (make it large so that it's easy to see)
  4. Save and compile
  5. Open the level blueprint
  6. Add the widget to the viewport
  7. Launch onto android device
  8. Touch the screen not on the button (do no lift your finger)
  9. Drag your finder over the button
  10. Lift your finger
  11. Notice that the button stays in the hovered state

Expected: The Button would return to its normal state when the finger is lifted
Result: The button remains in the hovered state once the finger has been lifted
