Cannot copy grouped settings that are nested in a hierarchy in the Details panel

The user is not able to copy a group of settings that are nested in a hierarchy in the Details panel. In the example provided in the repro steps, the user can right-click > Copy for Settings, but they cannot do that for White Balance (or other groups) underneath Settings.

So far I've only reproduced this issue with this specific situation.

1. Launch QAGame in editor.
2. Add a Post Process Volume to the level.
3. In the Details panel, under Post Process Volume, expand Settings.
4. Right-click on White Balance.

RESULT:

No option to copy settings under White Balance (though you can copy from Settings, and you can copy the individual settings under White Balance).

EXPECTED:

Able to copy nested settings.
