Beam Emitter attached to a camera in a blueprint is showing lagging behavior at source and target locations
Have tried to eliminate the lagging through locking source and target without success.  The sphere meshes are for reference only, to denote the source and target locations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unzip attached
2. Open open BeamLagExample.uproject
3. PIE
Beam's Source and Target lag when moving the camera around
Beam's Source and Target remain constant despite camera movement
