VREditor - Foliage : Lasso Select Tool auto selects / ignore input from trigger

Description

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Start VREditor by pressing "VR"
  2. Open Quickmenu
  3. Select Modes
  4. Open Foliage tab
  5. + Add Foliage type -> TallGrass_01
  6. Paint Grass
  7. Press Lasso Select Tool
  8. Hover over foliage (Do not press a trigger)

Result: Foliage is auto selected without pressing the trigger
Expected: No foliage to be selected until i press the trigger
