Description

Based on user report, a HTTP Get request from UE4 is 15-20x slower than if using a Python Get request to get the same file.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open project folder and right click on .project file, choose "Generate Visual Studio Project Files"
  3. Open project with Visual Studio
  4. Build Project
  5. Run Project
  6. Open map, "default"
  7. PIE

RESULT:

Download takes a substantial amount of time to complete.

EXPECTED:

UE4 HTTP Get requests should perform at a competing level with other HTTP Get requests.
