Steps to Reproduce
  1. Place some meshes using virtual texture into level
  2. Make sure `r.Mobile.VirtualTextures = false
  3. Select Performance and Scalability button on the menu bar > Preview Platform > Android > Android Vulcan High
  4. See meshes in viewport

Result:
The materials are displayed whiter than it should be.
