It doesn't appear to matter what project or template you're launching with, or what settings you use in the ProjectLauncher.
There are two threads it seems to complain about as reflected in this sample from the Output Log:

I have provided two videos showing the basic reproduction of the issue.
Result: Observe that there are numerous LogStats warnings in the Output Log starting with "MetaData mismatch. Did you assign a stat to two groups?"
