Can't Play in Editor After selecting a color for a border widget via the eye dropper

Can't Play in Editor After selecting a color for a border widget via the eye dropper. If the user selects a color with the eye dropper tool and this color is outside of the color picker window, they will receive error "Can't play in editor when performing edit brush operation"

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Open the widget
4. Place a Border widget into the designer tab
5. Bring up the color picker for the Brush color for the border widget
6. Use the Eye dropper tool to select a color outside of the color picker window
7. Try to play in Editor
8. Notice that the an error is given "Can't play in editor when performing edit brush operation"

Expected: The user would be able to play in editor after selecting a color
Result: The user cannot play in editor
