Attempts to Launch On to or Package for iOS fail with:
LogPlayLevel: Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception: AutomationTool.AutomationException: Unabled to build Project C:/Program Files (x86)/Epic Games/4.13\Engine\Source\Programs\IOS\MobileDeviceInterface\MobileDeviceInterface.csproj. Project file not found.
This ONLY occurs on Windows, not Mac.
...and so far ONLY Binary, not Github.
