Description

If the user has different DPI Scaling set on each monitor, the main monitors tool tips will change size based on the secondary monitor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Run machine that can have independent monitor DPI scaling, such as Windows 10.
  2. Set right monitor to 125% DPI scaling in Display Settings.
  3. Run UE4 with any project.
  4. Open Blueprint on right monitor.
  5. Mouse over one of the mode options on left monitor, such as "Empty Actor", "Empty Character", or "Point Light".
  6. Notice size of tool tip.
  7. Change DPI scaling of secondary monitor back to 100%
  8. Mouse over same options on left monitor
  9. Notice DPI of tool tip is smaller.

RESULT:

DPI Scaling of tool tips are affected by the DPI scale of the other monitor.

EXPECTED:

DPI Scaling matches the monitor it is on.
