When adding an animation sequence to a 2D Aim Offset, Owen's skeleton stretches and skews all over the viewport.

Appears to be similar in process to, but results appear different than they did in 4.12.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch UE4Editor.exe ContentExamples.
  2. Create a new 2D Aim Offset asset, targeting the Owen skeletal mesh.
  3. Open the aim offset asset in Persona.
  4. Drag AO_CC into the offset graph
