Exiting SteamVR while vr-previewing causes editor to stop rendering correctly

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Project
    1. Ensure SteamVR is Running/Connected to vive
  2. VR-Preview
  3. Alt+Tab to bring up the non-vr-preview editor window.
  4. Exit out of SteamVR
  5. Exit the VR-Preview window
  6. attempt to interact with the editor.

Result: UE4 Editor because unresponsive / not render correctly
Expect: The Editor to gracefully close VR-Preview and return to normal editor
