The shell script file that is created in the root LinuxNoEditor folder has the default text file icon when packaging a project for Linux.
This is inconsistent from Windows and Mac where the packaged executables have an Unreal icon or a custom game icon when packaging a template or a project like ShooterGame.
1. Open UE4Editor
2. Create a new Puzzle BP project
3. Select File > Package Project > Linux
4. Select OK to choose a package location
5. Navigate to the LinuxNoEditor folder in the package location
RESULT:
