Description

Variable "Pauser" in World Settings is often not replicated to the clients when the game is paused.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Right click Pauser.uproject and generate Visual Studio files
  3. Double-click Pauser.sln to open Visual Studio project
  4. Run PauserGame as Development Editor
  5. If not open, open "Default" map
  6. Set player count to 2 and Dedicated Server to true, in the Play settings
  7. PIE
  8. If mouse cursor isnt present, use Shift-F1 to show it
  9. Click "Pause Game" button on either client until top text turns from "None" to "PlayerState_#"

RESULT:

Pausing the game only sometimes replicates WorldSettings::Pauser.

EXPECTED:

Pauser is always replicated to clients before the game is paused.
