Licensee was seeing this only on this device: SM-G906S Android 5.0.1

Adding glFlush call in CaptureSceneToScratchCubemap after we render scene to target but before we start copying captured scene to cube face fixes it.

Scene has to have SkyLight for this to happen
But I was unable to repro it on several devices
