Description

When testing Shader Complexity on our Decals map, I noticed the decals no longer render. Our test has us copy and paste to create ~20 instances of the decals, in order to increase the intensity of the shader complexity view, and the decals still did not render.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch QAGame in the latest Binary version of the engine (Select Open a Copy when prompted)
  2. File > Open Level > QA-Decals
  3. Navigate to the "Sort Order" Display (2nd display on the level, has an overlapping Red, Blue, and Green square decal)
  4. In the Top Left corner of the viewport, select the view mode drop down, and select Optimizations > Shader Complexity

Results: Decals are no longer rendered
Expected Results: Decals are displayed as dark squares in Shader Complexity mode
