Description

Packaging a game for shipping that contains the Online Subsystem Oculus plugin will cause a crash.

This does not occur if the game is packaged for development.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Go to Edit->Plugins->Online Platform
  3. Enable the Online Subsystem Oculus Plugin
  4. Restart the editor
  5. Go to File->Package Project->Build Configuration and set it to Shipping
  6. Go to File->Package Project->Windows->Win64
  7. When packaging completes, open the .exe

Result: Editor crashes
