Line traces only show up in the right eye of the Vive in the VR template

Line traces only show up in the right eye of the Vive in the VR template.

Note: This also appears to be happening with the draw debug line

1. Open the VR template
2. Open the level blueprint
3. Create blueprint in the attached image
4. Play in VR Preview
5. Notice that the line trace only appears in the right eye

Expected: The line trace would appear in both eyes
Result: The line trace only appears in one eye
