Significant stutter when panning across BlueprintOffice on tvOS

Description

There is significant camera stutter in BlueprintOffice on tvOS.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch BlueprintOffice on to tvOS
  2. Move around while looking across the main hall

Result: Camera stutters as FPS drops
