Media Player not playing in Packaged Project for Android

Unable to play Media Player on a packaged packaged project for Android.

Note I tested two separate devices and neither were able to display the media file as expected. The user reporting the issue on the answerhub said he was able to get one of his devices to display the media file.

1. Download and open attached project.
2. Open the 'Movie_Media_Player' and choose the movie file located in the attached folder for the File Path.
3. Save and Close the window.
4. In the default loaded level press PIE.
5. Observe how the Media begins to play fullscreen via UMG.
6. Launch or Package Project and deploy to an Android device.

Outcome The media file never plays and the screen remains black.
