Camera is flipped when keying from negative to positive Crane Pitch
1. Create a Crane Rig
2. Attach a Cine Camera too it, zero out the transformations
3. Add the Crane Rig to Sequencer
4. Add a Crane Pitch Track
5. Change the Crane Pitch to -20 (and key it if auto-key is disabled)
6. Move the slider to 50 frames
7. Change the Crane Pitch to 80 (and key it if auto-key is disabled)
8. Move the viewport camera to look at the cine camera
Result: Cine camera is flipped upside down. If you select it, it'll still read 0 for translate and rotate
Expected: Camera remains right side up
