Description

Mouse is confined to as area the size of the viewport when using a break point on an event.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the first person template
  2. Open the first person character blueprint
  3. Place a break point on begin play
  4. Save and compile
  5. Make sure that the viewport and the First person character blueprint share a window
  6. Play in editor
  7. Notice that the mouse is confined to a space the size of the viewport

Expected: The mouse would be free to move around after the break is hit
Result: The mouse is confined to an area that is the size of the viewport
