Description

LinuxNoEditor folder from a packaged Linux game is more than double the size of a packaged Windows project folder (WindowsNoEditor). Results from packaging an empty Third Person Project

Windows (64bit binary) - 272 MB

Windows (64bit source) - 710 MB

Linux - 1.6 GB

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor on Linux
  2. File->Package Project->Linux (package to desktop)
  3. Right click on LinuxNoEditor folder and select Properties

Result:
The file size of the Linux folder is well over a gigabyte of space whereas the same steps on windows produces a folder half the size.

Expected:
Projects packaged for Windows and Linux have similar file sizes.
