Orthographic viewport orientations were re-worked as part of the effort to align UE's editing experience with other industry-standard DCC tools.
The World Partition view is still using the legacy orientation and appears rotated 90 degrees with respect to the top down orthographic view.
The task is to rotate the WP view to be the same as the top ortho view.
