Can only render Matinee movies with Separate Process

Can only render Matinee movies with Separate Process.

1. Create a Matinee (Enable "Play on Level Load")
2. Add a Camera to the level
3. Add a Camera group to the Matinee
4. Create a basic camera animation
5. Add a Director Track and add the camera group
6. Select "Movie" in the toolbar
7. Hit Capture Movie with defaults
8. Navigate to the capture folder

Result: If exporting to a video, you'll see an AVI, if you open it you'll see nothing. If exporting to image sequence, you'll see no images
Expected: Exports video and image sequences fine from an Editor Window
