Path Tracing normal maps reflect light differently than Lit, and do not look accurate.
Also observed in //UE/Release-5.6, CL: 45232827
1. Download the attached test project and open (5.6 or 5.7)
2. Execute the console command "BugItGo 358 -142 174 -15 157 0"
3. Observe the cube with the normal map, centered in the view in Lit mode.
4. Switch to Path Tracing mode.
5. Observe the normal of the mesh is now looking different, with the top and right sides looking pinched.
