"Texture Streaming needs to be rebuilt" message appears in default level

When opening the default level, the user can see a "Texture Streaming needs to be rebuilt" for the level.

1. Open QAGame in editor.
2. If Show Stats isn't enabled, click on the dropdown in the top-left corner of the viewport and click the checkbox for "Show Stats".

RESULT:

"Texture Streaming needs to be rebuilt" message appears.

EXPECTED:

No rebuilding messages for the default level.
